Hi Tech Solutions, LLC. proudly announces the appointment of Kirt R. Marlow as Senior Vice President, Energy Deployment. With over 25 years of transformative leadership in both public and private sectors, Mr. Marlow brings significant expertise in nuclear energy projects, large-scale program management, and strategic business growth to HTS.

In his new role, Mr. Marlow will strategically guide Hi Tech’s Energy Deployment division, advancing critical next-generation nuclear initiatives in the U.S. and abroad. His leadership will include oversight of site development, licensing and regulatory compliance, environmental and feasibility studies, strategic partnerships, stakeholder/community engagement, and long-term project growth. Additionally, HTS’s Government Services team will report to Mr. Marlow, capitalizing on his proven experience with high-profile government projects and regulated environments.

Before joining HTS, Mr. Marlow served as Senior Vice President of Nuclear Solutions at Boston Government Services, overseeing nuclear projects and successfully developing a project backlog exceeding $150 million. He previously held senior roles at Walsh Engineering Services, Areva/Orano, and Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), managing large-scale projects while supporting the U.S. Department of Energy, commercial nuclear operations, and complex infrastructure initiatives.

Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Marlow has been recognized for operational excellence, particularly within highly regulated sectors. He is deeply experienced in ASME NQA-1 quality programs, global supply chain oversight, federal contracting strategies, and multi-sector stakeholder coordination. He holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) and a Certified Quality Manager.

Mr. Marlow holds a Master of Science in Physics and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Idaho State University, where he was awarded the DOE ORISE Nuclear Physics Fellowship. Fluent in Spanish, he also brings a global perspective and intercultural expertise to HTS’s international and domestic projects.
